Get ready for a new way to experience Universal Orlando Resort. Four amazing theme parks take you from the action of your favorite movies to legendary tales of excitement to incredible worlds of adventure to a tropical island paradise. Along with incredible dining and entertainment day and night, Universal now offers a full week of vacation excitement.
Universal Orlando Resort is conveniently located in sunny Orlando, Florida, making it an easy destination to reach. The official address is 6000 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819.
Universal’s parking system is well-organized and easy to navigate! The garage has escalators, elevators, and moving sidewalks to get you to the action quickly. However, keep in mind that parking is a separate cost and isn’t included with your Universal Orlando Resort discount ticket.
The live shows at Universal Orlando are a must-see! We especially recommend the Frog Choir and the Triwizard Spirit Rally for Harry Potter fans, the thrilling Raptor Encounter for dino lovers, and the fun-filled Po Live! for families.
These shows add a magical touch to your visit, and with a Universal Orlando Resort discount ticket, you can enjoy all this entertainment while saving big.
Universal Orlando takes accessibility seriously and offers great resources for all guests:
Visual Disabilities: Braille and large-print guides are available at Guest Services.
Hearing Disabilities: Assistive listening devices, captions, and even ASL interpreters are provided with advance notice.
Mobility Devices: Most attractions and queues are wheelchair accessible, no extra steps needed.
These accommodations ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience.
While there’s no official age requirement, we strongly recommend that kids under 14 be accompanied by someone older for a safer and smoother experience. At CityWalk, guests under 18 must leave by 8 PM unless attending a special event or holding a park pass.
Yes! Strollers, wheelchairs, and Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) are available for rent. The parks ensure every rental is thoroughly sanitized between uses for your safety and comfort. These rentals are essential for making long days at the park a breeze!
Nobody likes waiting in long lines, especially during peak seasons! That’s why we highly recommend the Universal Express Pass - it lets you bypass most lines, making your day much more enjoyable.
Universal Orlando offers an incredible range of rides, and there’s truly something for everyone! Adrenaline junkies should check out the VelociCoaster or the soaring thrills of the Flight of the Hippogriff, while families will love timeless classics like E.T. Adventure.
With a Universal Orlando Resort discount ticket, you can enjoy all these rides knowing you got the best deal out there!
Yes, lockers are located throughout the parks and are perfect for keeping your belongings safe while you enjoy the rides. They’re available on a first-come, first-served basis and provide unlimited access throughout the day—super convenient for those souvenir hauls!
Absolutely! Most tickets, including Universal Orlando Resort discount tickets, allow same-day re-entry. Just hold onto your ticket and show it at the entrance when you return. Pro tip: Take a quick photo of your ticket in case it gets misplaced!
Single rider lines are a fantastic option if you’re okay with riding separately from your group. They’re available on select attractions and help you skip the main line for a faster experience. This is perfect for solo adventurers or small groups looking to maximize their time.
The Child Swap program is a lifesaver for families. If someone in your group can’t or doesn’t want to ride, one adult can wait with them in a designated family room while the others enjoy the attraction.
Once they’re done, you switch roles without waiting in line again. It’s efficient and keeps everyone happy!
Yes, Universal provides free WiFi across its parks and CityWalk. Simply connect to the "UNIVERSAL" network and follow the instructions to get online. It’s great for posting updates or navigating your day without eating up your data!
To report or track a lost item, please complete the Lost Item form available on the official Universal Orlando Resort website.
Lost and Found services are managed by Boomerang, a trusted third-party partner of the park.
After submitting your Lost Item Report, you will receive updates on your item's status—whether it has been found, is still being searched for, requires additional details, or could not be located.
